How rights holders can report a concern, and how we handle it.

IPTV International respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same. We provide access and delivery technology; the broadcast channels and on-demand titles reachable through the service belong to their respective rights holders. If you are a rights holder, or act for one, and believe material is being made available in a way that infringes your rights, you can send us a notice using the process below.
Email your notice to support@iptvintl.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice". This is the fastest route and reaches the team that can act on it.
So that we can act quickly, your notice should contain all of the following:
On receiving a notice that meets the requirements above, we will review it promptly and, where the claim is substantiated, take appropriate action. That can include disabling access to the identified stream or content and notifying the relevant upstream provider. We keep a record of notices received and the action taken.
If access to material was disabled and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. A counter-notice should include: your contact details; identification of the material and its location before it was disabled; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; your consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court; and your signature. Where the law requires it, we may restore the material after a waiting period unless the original complainant pursues legal action.
Accounts and sources associated with repeated, substantiated infringement claims are terminated.
