1. Acceptance

By using this website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.

2. What the Service Is

IPTV International provides access to live TV and on-demand streams delivered over the public internet. You are responsible for supplying your own compatible device, a suitable IPTV player application, and an internet connection fast and stable enough for streaming. Channel line-ups, on-demand titles, and stream sources depend on upstream providers and can change or become unavailable without notice.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Billing

Plans are sold as prepaid fixed terms — currently 1, 6, or 12 months — at the prices shown on the Plans & Pricing page, in US dollars.
There is no auto-renewal and no payment card kept on file. When your term ends, access pauses until you choose to buy a new term.
Each plan includes one simultaneous connection unless you purchase additional connections.
We do not offer free trials. If you want to evaluate the service, the 1-month plan is the shortest paid option.

4. Activation

Orders are confirmed by a person over WhatsApp or Telegram. Once your payment is confirmed, your login credentials are sent to you on the same channel. Activation is normally within minutes but is not guaranteed to be instant.

5. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal, private use. You must not:

exceed the number of simultaneous connections on your plan, or share your credentials publicly;
resell, sub-licence, or redistribute access, or use the service for any public performance or commercial broadcast;
attempt to overload, probe, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits on our infrastructure;
use the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

Subscriptions are digital and delivered immediately, so fees are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical problem, contact support and we will work with you to resolve it. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that any particular channel, event, or title will be available, or that streaming will be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary outages, source changes, and maintenance are a normal part of the service.

8. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property

Broadcast channels, films, and series accessible through the service are the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of that content to you. Rights holders who believe their material is being made available improperly should see our Copyright & DMCA page.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms, if we detect fraud or credential abuse, or if we are required to by a rights holder or by law. You may stop using the service at any time by simply not renewing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV International is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
