Buffering or Freezing

"Invalid Login" or Connection Errors

Double-check the server URL, username, and password for typos — these are case-sensitive. If your plan recently expired, you'll need to renew before the login works again.

Missing or Renamed Channels

Channel lineups change over time as sources are added or removed. Refresh/reload the playlist in your app, or check the current channel list to confirm a channel is still active.

App Crashing or Freezing on Load

Clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps on most devices), or reinstall it. Older, lower-powered devices can struggle with very large channel lists — try a lighter app like IPTV Smarters Pro instead.
