Confirm You're Using Xtream Codes

Force Refresh the Playlist

Most apps have a manual "refresh" or "update" option for the playlist and EPG data — a stale local cache is a common, easily fixed cause.

Give It Time After a Fresh Login

EPG data can take a few minutes to populate fully after first logging in, especially on a large channel list — worth waiting before assuming something's broken.
